This Introduction to Meditation for Health & Wellbeing is a 6 Week Series for those new to meditation OR wanting to brush up on their practise.

Join us online for this gentle introduction to some of the basics of meditating in this relaxed, inviting and friendly online environment from anywhere in the world.

These 6 Introductory Sessions will run for 1 hour each, Tuesday evenings - 7pm to 8pm AWST on FB Live starting Tues 3 March 2020 and will be held weekly for 6 weeks.

During these sessions we will cover different types of guided meditation & relaxation techniques, basics of mantra, breathing, sounds, scents and helpful tips to help start or reinvigorate your meditation practice - building on your skills each week.
