COUNSELLING
  • Counselling is a process of talking about and working through your personal problems with a counsellor.

  • The counsellor helps you to address your problems in a positive way by helping you to clarify the issues, explore options, develop strategies and increase self-awareness.

  • For some people, just the process of telling their story to a counsellor, and being listened to, is helpful.

  • Counselling is available for Adults, Teens, Children, Couples and Families and for a wide variety of issues.

PSYCHOLOGY
  • Anyone who is struggling with a personal concern can seek counselling from a psychologist. No issue is too big or too small to ask for support. Common issues include:

    • grief and loss

    • communication and relationships issues

    • work and career issues

    • stress, anxiety and depression

    • life transitions; separation, divorce, births, deaths

    • parenting, families & relationship issues

    • addiction, abuse, trauma; and

    • self-esteem issues.

KINESIOLOGY
  • Kinesiology uses gentle muscle monitoring to identify and balance stress in the different systems of the body and the underlying contributing factors associated with these imbalances occurring, assisting and facilitating the body's own innate healing capabilities.  
    It can help with a wide-range of issues including:

  • Aches, Pain, Injuries & Recovery

  • Fatigue, Headaches, Lethargy & Imbalance

  • Hormonal & Nutritional Imbalances & Absorption Issues

  • Allergies & Immune Recovery

  • Anxiety, Stress & Emotional Issues and much 

MEDITATION
  • Meditation helps you develop an internal sense of peace and tranquility that occurs when the mind is calm, silent and relaxed, but still aware.

  • Meditation can be a potent tool to enhance your health and wellbeing;

    • ​​​- calming the mind and body of unnecessary thoughts and emotions,

    • - noticing your thoughts and patterns, 

    • - developing and maintaining clarity and focus, 

    • - anxiety relief and much more.
